Our platform is built to protect confidentiality of jobseekers. Once the resume is uploaded, important information such as, name, company name, address, telephone number should automatically get marked as confidential. We are using this techonology in order to protect our jobseekers information as well as open doors for passive candidates that are only interested in the right opportunities.

We do suggest that each jobseeker double checks on the profile to make sure that everything that needs to be marked "confidential" is marked confidential. Our system should take care of this, however, sometimes mistakes can happen.
